Title Project: STEM TURBINE PUMP (Feed Pumps for Tank inventory zone)

Description: Steam turbines are well suited as prime movers for driving boiler feedwater pumps in Persian Golf Star Oil Co. , forced or induced-draft fans, blowers, air compressors, and other rotating equipment. ... The steam turbine drive is thus capable of serving the same function as an induction motor coupled to an inverter or adjustable speed drive. Our team (Control System and Instrumentation) ,covered Correction of logics during Function test, Configuration and Commissioning of Transmitters(Conventional and Smart Family), Loop check, Continuity and Signal Check, Site Acceptance Test, Field Acceptance Test and finally maintenance.

Title Project: Tank Gauging System Commissioning

Description: TANK GAUGING SYSTEM (TGS) The product storage tanks/spheres belonging to PGSOC (Unit30) will be equipped with an Automatic Tank Gauging System TGS shall consist of field equipment, such as tank gauges, averaging temperature sensors, the junction boxes, local indicators, control room equipment such as field communication interface between field bus and master unit in SRR/CR, inventory data management system and main processing unit including software, hardware, and HMI located in control room, TGS will monitor Off-Site Tanks by mean of electronic Tank Local Station. The system shall be able to perform alarm and error handling for all system components by relevant facilities such as LAH – LAHH & LAL – LALL and leak detection by related level indicator and also measuring the average temperature by multipoint temperature sensor to specify the relevant fluid reservoir specifications on storage tanks. The TGS instrumentation is suitable for continuous service under normal conditions i.e. during the operation, TGS can detect the off-spec condition by comparing the relevant set point data and after that , can send the product to the other consumers by the related specific routs. Tank Gauges shall be connected to field communication unit via multi-drop communication. The provision of inventory management system shall be included in tank gauging system and communicate with DCS. DCS will monitor the data from tank inventory management system such as basic volumes. An electronic Tank Local Station will be available for each tank in order to collect all the measures coming from TGS instrumentation that can be transmitted via hardware link to a local indicator or to the ESD system (if required) and via dedicated digital Data Link to the Tank Gauging System supervisor located inside each Off-Site SRRs / RRs. The TGS is a microprocessor based PLC supervisor system that inside each SRRs / RRs shall be connected to DCS via redundant serial communication link. A redundant TGS Network shall be available to connect all tank gauging system supervisors located in each satellite rack rooms or rack rooms of Unit 30 to Supervisor PC located in the Off- Site Engineering Room. A schematic interconnection between Tank instrumentation - Tank Local Station – Tank Gauging System is below shown. TANK GAUGING SYSTEM (TGS) will be completed in related vendor documents.
